Registration includes coffee/tea and snacks, lunches, the conference dinner and a range of social activities as well as of course all the great content sessions!

Teleconferencing participants can virtually view and participate in all content sessions through live streaming; more information will be distributed in due course.

All students or recent students are welcome to participate, irrespective of whether they have a presentation to deliver or not.

UPDATE: If you need to withdraw from the conference for any reason, our refund policy is that given at least two weeks’ notice (before Wednesday, August 30th), we will issue a full refund.  Otherwise, the cost of registration is forfeited.
